• The watch-activity Replace strategy now extracts high-resolution heart-rate samples from the original Garmin FIT and embeds them in the named Hevy replacement before deleting the watch copy. If the source cannot be extracted or restored from backup, replacement stops and preserves the original activity.
• Sync Hevy routines to Garmin as planned workouts. Maps routine exercises to Garmin workout-service exercise IDs (validated against a real Garmin export), adds timed rest steps between sets, and supports per-routine scheduling (one-off and recurring weekly). Re-sync is checksum-based with a --force override, the sync summary reports created vs updated separately, and the dashboard gains a routines page plus a home-screen summary.
