Highlights

• Fix: replies that contain only a tool call are retried when the request sent no tools. In 0.7.2 the Manager or Executor could fail with TypeError: expected string or bytes-like object when a model (e.g. Gemini 3.8 Flash in reasoning mode) returned such a reply.
• Sandboxed prompt templates: prompt templates now render in a sandboxed Jinja environment. Bundled prompts are unchanged. Custom templates that mutate their inputs or access Python internals now raise SecurityError.
