v3.3.4 — Prev / Next user jumps to the user query

Prev user / Next user / Latest now always land on a user query, never the assistant reply. Scroll pins the USER row to the top of the pane instead of vertically centering it (centering a short query next to a long assistant reply made the jump look like it hit the assistant).

Buttons are never disabled in any chat session (same always-on feel as Top / Bottom). Prev/Next wrap at the ends. The jumped-to query is highlighted. Switching chat tabs resets the cursor.
