v3.3.8 — Monid Plugins panel + CLI bridge

Paste a Monid API key in Settings → Plugins (masked). Save runs monid keys add; the secret is not stored in settings.json. Agents get monid_health / monid_discover / monid_run via the official CLI. Not TinyFish inside RTerm.
