v1.3.14: Merge pull request #89 from drone-plugins/CI-18951
This release introduces automatic detection of HARNESS_* proxy environment variables, which are now passed as build arguments to the docker build command. To ensure reliability and better observability, we have also integrated test coverage and added specific log messaging to track when these variables are successfully utilised during a build.
