0.9.6 - dependency recursion overwrite

from this version on:
depending on a proto that is dependent on another proto would overwrite older annotations and only leave the immediate relation in the patched message

until this version:
depending on a proto that is dependent on another proto would result in an annotation overloading (multiple annotations of all intermediate dependencies)
