Latest Windows build (auto)

Auto-updated by build-windows-exe.yml on every push to main.
This is the most recent successful Windows build of utility_suite.exe,
not an official release. Official releases are tagged v*.

Utility Suite is a single self-contained utility: all 45 packs
(551 tools) are built into the exe, so there are no separate
plugin-pack downloads. Turn packs on or off inside the app, and
follow the in-app guidance to install any missing external
dependency (FFmpeg, ffprobe, Poppler, …) for the packs you enable.
