Packaging and engineering release. The browser half now ships screenshots.json (assets/middle.png expanded with rows centred, assets/fold.png folded) so the catalog has images, and files[] packs assets/ with them. Internals: the fold decision is a pure planFold/rosterFrom/deriveKeep layer with 24 tests, a zero-dependency lint (16 rules), and a CI that packs the tarball and compares its lib with the repo artifact byte for byte. No behaviour change versus 0.1.1.

Host support narrowed to DSH 0.2.1-rc.3: the sidebar More row (moreAnchor + PanelMoreMenu + sidebar.panellist.actions) first ships in 0.2.1-rc.3, so earlier rcs would install a plugin that stays inert. No runtime change since 0.1.0.
