Sable 1.6.1-beta.2 stops the Insights Apps tab from flagging problems that
are already fixed.

Upgrading from 1.6.1-beta.1

• App failures now count from this upgrade on. The failures beta.1 filled in
  from older history are no longer read, so an app that failed only before
  the IPv6 recursion fix stops showing failures.

Insights

• Mark an app Failing only while it failed in the last hour. Before, any
  failure in the range kept the badge, so a fixed problem stayed flagged for
  a day on Day and a month on Month. The Failed column still
  counts the whole range, and the Failing filter follows the badge.
• Count app failures from the upgrade on, not from the history filled in
  after it. Most of what failed before an upgrade is what the upgrade fixed,
  such as devices refused over IPv6. The Apps tab says when failure counting
  began if that falls inside the range.
