Bug fixes:
- Added PHPUnit attributes to generated test classes. Fixes #450.
- Fixed crash and errors when a service set for injection no longer exists in site analysis data. Fixes #451.
- Fixed plugin class not found for plugin types using plugin definition class.
- Fixed Drush command method names when the command name contains hyphens. Fixes #449.
- Fixed quoted numeric PHP values getting rendered as strings. Fixes #447.
Internal:
- Added property for whether plugin interface is configurable.
- Added detection of a plugin type being configurable by inspecting plugin classes.
- Moved fetching of plugin classes to a helper method.
