  • Update text for macOS ("Add a method, as for Linux below .")

Great suggestions, and I even tried placing it directly under the Linux instructions, what do you think?

AppImageLauncher necessary?

I seem to not have AppImageLauncher installed, and it works well ...

Linux: Install AppImageLauncher [...]

I wonder if installing AppImageLauncher takes care of right-clicking and "Executable as Program" bit, or not ... Have you experimented without AppImageLauncher installed in Linux?
