What's changed
Project Spec Bar reorganised into three editable Items (ported from the Marshall build). The Spec Bar tab now shows a short intro note plus three one-row Items — each laid out as heading · details · note at 1/3 width — defaulting to Client, Value and Status.
Each Item's heading is an optional override: leave it blank to use the default label (Client / Value / Status), or set it to relabel that Item. Leave an Item's details blank to hide that Item on the front end. Sector still comes automatically from the Sectors taxonomy, and Year stays a separate field (it drives the card eyebrow, not a spec-bar item).
Data-safe by design: the underlying field names stay client / value / status (+ their _notes), so all existing project content maps across with no migration. The "Item 1/2/3" labels are cosmetic; the only new fields are the optional *_label headings.
PHP-registered fields — no ACF JSON sync and no build required. Requires DSE Blueprint theme 2.2+ and ACF PRO.
