Polish guide wording and links

Summary

• replace project-name substitutions with explicit DSW/Data Stewardship Wizard wording across the divided guide
• fix wording, grammar, and ambiguous phrasing found during the guide sweep
• update stale or malformed links and ignore localhost examples in linkcheck
• remove an unused OpenID screenshot asset

Verification

• git diff --check
• make html
• make linkcheck was started and used to identify stale links, but a full run was stopped because GitHub rate limiting made it impractical to complete in this session
