v3.6.2

Functionality is identical to v3.6.1. This release makes EXOSIMS conform more closely to PEP 517 and 518 and deprecates the setup.py in favor of pyproject.toml. For historical reasons, a flat layout is retained. The minimum supported Python version for EXOSIMS is now 3.10.
