What's new since v0.2.0

• Windows and macOS now open in their own app window, instead of a browser tab.
• Linux is now a proper .deb/.rpm package instead of a zip you run by hand -- installs to a standard location, adds a menu entry, and apt/dnf remove cleanly uninstalls it. It also now installs and runs on a much wider range of Linux distributions than before, not just very recent ones.
• Linux still opens in a browser tab rather than its own window (see the README's Troubleshooting section for why).
