Sync Rework

A very exciting release that we've been working quite some time on!

This is the first prerelease that rebuilds the Dscryb boxed text sync from the ground up to create and load boxed text from Foundry Compendiums rather than in-world Journals. We've got custom indexes, smart pre-loading, and a new system that should be overall much faster to work with than before.

As this is such as a major rework, we will be maintaining a prerelease branch until we feel all the bugs are ironed out. To install the prerelease, use the module.json link directly. To get back on the main branch, simply uninstall and reinstall the Dscryb mobule from within Foundry.

Please note that due to Foundry limitations, Map Notes cannot point to Compendium Journals, so Cartography map boxed text is still synced in-world.
