v1.4.1 — Fixes repeated installs and git package-name collisions

DSH Plugin Hub is the community plugin marketplace for DeepSeek Harness. This release makes repeated installs idempotent and catches git-source package-name collisions before they fail.

What's New

• Repeated installs are now idempotent — A residual dependency left by an earlier install is recognized and upgraded in place, instead of erroring with already installed (Thanks @liyangbing).
• Git package-name collisions caught up front — When a git source's declared package name is already taken by another repository, the hub now flags the conflict with a clear recovery command before invoking the CLI.
