This release introduces the concept of forced settings.

By defining the constant MICROSOFT_AZURE_FORCE_EXTERNAL_UPLOAD, and making its value true (or any other truthy value), the Ninja forms should automatically switch all settings to using the recommended settings for offloading all media entirely to Azure Blob Storage.
