[Feature]: GCP reservations #3162
Description
Problem
Some GCP instance types (A4X, A4, A3 Ultra) are not available on demand, but available via reservations, including Future Reservations in Calendar Mode and Future Reservations in AI Hypercomputer. Currently, it is not possible to provision such reserved instances with dstack, since it doesn't support GCP reservations.
Solution
Support GCP reservations in addition to the already supported AWS reservations. Allow users to specify the reservation ID/name in fleet configurations and use it when getting offers and provisioning instances.
