Backward compatibility

This update includes a hotfix for a backward compatibility issue that prevented the 0.21.4 CLI from applying service configurations on dstack servers older than 0.21.3.

It's recommended to update the CLI from 0.21.4 to 0.21.5.

Note

The server update from 0.21.4 is only necessary if you use the REST plugin with a plugin service that depends on dstack older than 0.21.3.
