Add the user guide: seventeen pages, a sidebar and a footer The wiki was a single landing page repeating the README, and a stale one -- it still described a 6.3 MB file of 62 plate images and linked a README anchor that no longer exists. This replaces it with a guide to using the tool: a page per part of the interface, task-shaped Recipes, and the caveats gathered in one place instead of scattered through the feature list.
