- CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS_RELWITHDEBINFO and CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS_RELWITHDEBINFO are currently overwritten instead of extended
- Adds a CMake option for the double precision flag in the code
- Add namespace for the target as suggested by CMake guidelines
- Add includedir to target for easier linking
- Add CPack configuration and components for development, runtime, debug files
