EpubEditor not working for the Clean ChrysanthemumGarden

Describe the bug
It did not fix the scrambled texts for any epub downloaded from Chrysanthemum Garden website

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'epubeditor
2. Choose file - select epub file
3. Click Clean Chrysanthemum Garden
4. The new file was downloaded
5. But texts on the new file is still scrambled

Expected behavior
New file should not have scrambled texts

It's an on-going issue. Site keeps changing the cypher codes.
New codes were added to EpubEditor 2 days ago.
If it's still not working, see #2173 (comment) for instructions on how to get the decryption codes.
