Android 0.4 - Low-memory experiment

APK contains native inference code only, no model weights. Import the separately provided Gemos-Still-Lite-256.gemosmodel package, with strict file-size and SHA-256 validation. The derived model package is now published with the repository owner's explicit authorization. Model use remains subject to the Apple SHARP research license: https://github.com/duoduoaiduoduo/gemos-still/blob/main/android/MODEL-LICENSE.txt . This is an experimental derivative, not an official Apple mobile release.

Developer tests (ARM64 macOS / ORT 1.24.2) completed actual-photo inference with approximately 1.70 GiB sampled peak RSS, internal 256x256 input and 32,768 Gaussians. This is an experimental low-detail adaptation, NOT original model quality or physical vivo validation. See android/MEMORY-STUDY.md for measurements and limitations.

APK build, lint and signature checks passed. Prior ephemeral debug signing keys were lost, so upgrading may require uninstalling the previous APK. Export memories/logs first. This version uses an explicitly configured experimental signing path.

Installation / 安装

1. Download and install Gemos-Still-Android-v0.4-lite.apk.
2. Download Gemos-Still-Lite-256.gemosmodel (about 809 MB). Keep its filename/extension; do not extract it.
3. In the app, choose “导入轻量模型包 .gemosmodel” and select the downloaded package.
4. Choose a photo and generate. Keep the app in the foreground. On failure, reopen the app and export diagnostics.

安装 APK 后，再下载本页的 .gemosmodel 模型包。不要解压，在软件中点击“导入轻量模型包”，选择下载好的文件；校验完成后选择照片生成。内部 256×256、约 3.3 万高斯粒子，细节低于桌面版，尚未验证 vivo 真机稳定性。

If upgrading causes a signature conflict, export existing memories/logs before uninstalling the old APK. Uninstalling removes its cached model.

Android 0.2 — AveragePool compatibility fix

Android 0.2 experimental compatibility fix

Fixes the reported FP16 AveragePool compatibility path by casting only that operator to FP32, then back to FP16. Original weights and output types are unchanged. Numerical pool test, APK build, lint and signature verification pass; full physical vivo inference has not been verified. Also respects Android system bar insets.

针对截图中的 AveragePool 内核错误加入兼容补丁，其余权重保留半精度；修复状态栏遮挡。已通过局部运算数值测试、编译、静态检查和签名验证，仍需真机验证完整生成。

安装提醒：0.1 使用临时调试签名，如覆盖安装冲突，先导出已有记忆/日志，再卸载旧版安装。卸载会删除模型缓存，需重新下载约 1.31 GB。此版仍为本机推理实验版，非完整 3D 展示应用。

Native Android SHARP inference experiment. ARM64, Android 9+. Debug-signed APK; build, lint and signature checks passed. Physical-device inference has not been verified. This is not the complete 3D viewer app.

Select a photo, choose CPU or NNAPI, download approximately 1.31 GB of model data, then generate locally. Keep the app foreground. On success, export .still and open it in the Gemos Still web viewer. If generation fails, export diagnostic logs. Photos remain on the device. SHARP model use is subject to the included research license.
