Second release of the DuploCloud dev-kit, cut from main (19 non-merge commits since v0.1.0).

LLM providers & models

• New subscription provider in run.sh — run the dev-kit against a Claude Code subscription instead of an API key.
• LLM picker now defaults to Sonnet 5 and offers Opus 5; model id corrected to claude-opus-5.
• switch-llm no longer exports ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL into the shell, and warns when they are already set.

Platform & runtime

• nginx resolves the studio upstream per-request instead of at startup, so studio restarts no longer 502 the proxy.
• Mongo bumped from 6.0 to 7.0.14.
• The usage-metrics opt-in prompt and the nginx toggle are gone from run.sh.
• Studio API errors surface as readable messages instead of a JSON traceback.
• Image tags refreshed in .env.example (studio, agent, UI, xterm).

Extensions & agent skills

• Codex skills symlink added alongside the Claude one.
• upgrade_dev_kit.sh now treats .agents as a framework dir, so agent definitions upgrade with the kit.
• Samples bumped to ng-common-lib 0.3.0, plus a new ng-common-lib UI library reference skill.

Docs

• Hackday Crusoe/Nebius OpenRouter setup steps rewritten to match the current dashboard UI.
