PHP SDK 2.2.2

Add Client::workflowTypeOperatorDashboard() for a bounded dashboard over an
explicit list of workflow types. Namespace authorization, operator credentials
and control-plane headers are preserved. Empty selections match no workflows.
Invalid or oversized selections are rejected before transport.

The reader requires a Server exposing the dedicated workflow type dashboard
route. Older Servers return their original typed HTTP 404 without an unfiltered
fallback. Worker execution and protocol behavior are unchanged.

Full source checks and the exact 2.2.2 registration identity consumer passed.
