PHP SDK 2.3 prerelease

Workflow code can call a Nexus service through WorkflowContext::serviceOperation(). Calls have deterministic identities and replay recorded admission and terminal outcomes. Waiting callers resume at the original call boundary, with typed results, failures and cancellation.

The worker checks Server support before submitting the command. Nexus history payloads use the SDK's authenticated, bounded payload transport.

Install the prerelease with composer require durable-workflow/sdk:^2.3@RC.

This prerelease is for qualification of durable Nexus callers. PHP SDK 2.2.7 remains the stable release. Existing workflow and framework compatibility checks passed on PHP 8.1 through 8.4, Laravel 9 through 13 and Symfony 6.4 through 8. Cross-SDK Nexus qualification is tracked in Workflow #753.
