Fixed

  • Insert a patch before an existing unmarked durable operation while preserving the old branch and pending activity.
  • Freeze one decision per change ID. Repeated patch calls on new histories record one marker.
  • Replay consistent duplicate markers written by earlier Python SDKs, retaining their physical positions and committed cancellation boundaries. No history conversion is required. Conflicting decisions remain typed replay errors.

Qualified Server pairing: 2.5.16. SDK worker protocol and the wire API are unchanged.
