2.4.36
Workflow heartbeat ownership
Workflow task heartbeat validation and lease renewal now share a locked transaction. A worker whose task has been reclaimed cannot renew the replacement worker's lease and receive a successful acknowledgment under its old owner and attempt.
The regression exercises actual Native claims, renewal and concurrent HTTP kernels. It covers renewal retaining ownership and replacement winning with a refused stale heartbeat.
Default worker protocol remains 1.19. This patch introduces no database migration or SDK package requirement. Native Workflow remains 2.3.1. Helm chart 0.1.132 targets this Server release.
The exact published image passes the ownership race regression. Published PHP, Python and Rust lifecycle qualification passes all 12 required cells. Both image architectures, first-run readiness, source-free Compose startup, protocol catalog convergence and anonymous Helm installation were verified.
