Enforce the original deadline of a Nexus service call.

• Resolve and store the deadline at the original admission. Duplicates, retries and catalog changes retain that budget.
• Expire overdue calls durably, delivering ServiceCallTimedOut once to the waiting caller. A target's independent late result cannot overwrite the timed-out call.
• Reject unsupported deadline policies before catalog writes or new admission with HTTP 422. Policies use either positive integer timeout_seconds or an offset-bearing RFC3339 deadline_at.
• Expose original acceptance and resolved deadline as UTC timestamps with microsecond precision.

Includes published Workflow 2.5.12. Compose and Kubernetes defaults select Server 2.5.23. The corresponding Helm chart is 0.1.160.

Before upgrading an existing deployment, back up the database and replace the old application and worker processes before migration. Existing deadlines are derived from the stored original acceptance and policy. An unsupported stored policy stops migration with the affected call ID. Call timeout does not implicitly cancel the linked target.
