Ship Workflow 2.5.2 to fix native HTTP queries waiting on multiple child workflows.

Queries now stay at the parent history boundary until child outcomes are committed. Completed, failed, cancelled and terminated child rows cannot prematurely advance the parent query. Repeated queries leave durable runtime state unchanged.

Includes HTTP regression coverage and synchronized deployment defaults for Server 2.5.8 and Helm chart 0.1.145. The portable SDK contract is unchanged.
