CLI history exports now preserve whole-valued floats and signed zero in compact and pretty JSON, including nested memo projections. The unchanged canonical checksum and Avro authority verify correctly after export.

Previously generated lossy bundles remain invalid. Export retained history again after upgrading.

Fixes #912 in #913. Exact candidate and independent main checks pass at ae6bf6c8a7c4b9597ee4eecb15ecd786e78b0430.
