Cooperative cancellation now selects the live task for a retried activity, preserves completed tasks, and allows successful and duplicate stop acknowledgements. Application heartbeats retry rolled-back SQLite metadata contention while preserving attempt authority, deadlines and one progress event per accepted call.
Changes: #924 and #925. The exact release source is b2a3369110b8cbdf060802ff91e475110e66e333, qualified by the full main build, including all database shards, coverage, Laravel upgrades and Sonar.
The normal published-package verification runs for this tag. PHP Server images and pinned applications require their own adoption and installed acceptance.
