Workflow-bound service calls now preserve JSON and encoded arguments/results, reconcile linked timeout and update outcomes, follow canonical continue-as-new successors in bounded passes, and preserve the winning terminal/cancellation receipt.

HTTP replays authorize the selected call's owner and current catalog policy. Hosts can prepare a canonical admission audit before charging policy, then finalize only their own uncommitted pending row.

This patch adds no schema migration or worker-protocol change. Server images pin their Core dependency and need a separate image release to carry these changes.

Validation: full ECS/PHPStan; 5,107 unit tests / 72,526 assertions; PostgreSQL feature suite 2,513 cases / 24,675 assertions; 77.19% V2 unit line coverage; all main checks green; normal published-package/platform and supported Laravel upgrade verification passed.
