Improve bounded operator dashboards.

• Select an explicit list of workflow types consistently across totals,
  failures, hourly trends, status, type health and duration selections.
• Preserve namespace authorization and record the workflow scope, time windows
  and separate worker/queue/storage scope in the response.
• Warn about recorded blocked work or overdue known deadlines. Planned future
  waits, unknown resume times and leased work no longer receive warnings solely
  because they are old.

Worker execution and protocol behavior are unchanged. Full source checks pass
on the release commit, including coverage, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and the
Laravel 9–13 upgrade matrix.
