Workflow 2.5.10

Fix manual repair when a workflow is replay blocked and an older activity is still pending. Repair now redispatches the blocked workflow task first, preserving the activity and original history. With compatible workflow code restored, the repaired task can wait for that original activity and the same run can finish after one activity execution.

Includes the executable cold-replay and pending-activity repair regression from #756. Ordinary activity recovery and automatic exclusions for replay-blocked runs retain their existing behavior.

Standalone Server users need an image that includes this Workflow dependency; updating a separate Composer installation does not change a pinned Server image. Published image qualification is tracked in durable-workflow/server#397 and #755.
