Fixes a worker/watchdog row-lock deadlock during task recovery.

  • Repair rolls back a contended task acquisition and rechecks durable state on a later pass. Task identity, leases, repair counts and original deadlines stay intact.
  • A locked deadline-control task cannot be mistaken for an absent task.
  • Diagnostic write failures preserve the original repair error and allow the scan to process other candidates.
  • Delayed tasks become overdue after the configured cadence since the later of original availability and latest dispatch or creation.
