• Recover SQLite full run-summary writes after a proven root transaction rollback.
  Acquire the writer before projection reads and model hooks, so rejected
  admission can retry while the summary body executes once.
• Preserve the workflow's storage connection, canonical history, task state and
  original deadlines, including applications with a separate workflow database.

Restart long-running queue workers after upgrading. Existing failed workflows
keep their recorded state.

20 qualification jobs, including database shards, unit coverage and all five
Laravel/PHP source upgrade profiles. Published-package verification follows
