• Parse pyproject.toml for console entrypoints via [project.scripts] (and optionally [tool.poetry.scripts]) and treat them as implicit usage
• Added --pytest-fixtures flag which should be run in the test directory. This will allow Skylos to detect pytest fixtures that are defined but never used

• Upgraded yaml files in .github folder to use uv instead of pip
• Changed agents to use litellm_adapter.py instead of our independent wrapper
• Changed upload to be optional instead of automatic everytime a check is being run

Removed

• Removed cache.py due to unstable outputs. If changes are made to the structure of objects returned by proc_file() then users with old cached results will get errors or wrong data. Dropped it, not worth the trouble
• Removed anthropic and openai adapter. Switched to litellm
