First packaged release.

Setup exe (recommended): per-user install, no admin, Start-menu shortcut, optional start-at-sign-in, proper uninstaller.
Portable zip: unzip anywhere and run; manage startup from the app's Settings.

Includes everything up to v1.2.1: exact-state mute/restore during Teams calls, ring detection, optional Teams call-volume boost, settings window layout fix. See the README changelog for details.
