Remove Start the platform section from landing page#61

Restore the original landing page and drop only the 'Start the platform' section (it duplicated the install/bootstrap docs). Reverts the ultra-minimal redesign from #60 per preference; keeps the original intro, Install, and Browse sections.

Keep the original GitHub Pages landing page, removing only the 'Start the platform' section (it duplicated the install/bootstrap docs). Reverts the ultra-minimal redesign (#60) back to the original layout minus that one section, per preference.
Only
packages/pages/index.html; goes live on the next release.
