Anyone who received the project at or before this commit holds an irrevocable
GPL-3.0 grant over it (GPLv3 s2). That grant is unaffected by the later move to
AGPL-3.0: it carries no network clause, so a modified version may be run as a
network service without offering source. AGPL-3.0 applies only from v10 onward.

Copyright in this code remains with its authors. A licence grants permission
under conditions; it transfers nothing. Notices must be kept intact (s4) and
modifications marked (s5a).
