Reference Docker Compose stacks and Kubernetes recipes updated for Dvara 1.4.0.

Compatibility: Examples release 1.4.0 is compatible with Dvara LLM Gateway 1.4.0.

Changes

  • All example images and chart versions bumped from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 across the Docker Compose stacks (quick-start, multi-provider, ollama, full, with-email), the Kubernetes/Helm recipes (GKE, DOKS, single-tenant, multi-region), the DigitalOcean App Platform recipe, and the jbang GKE tooling (including its test assertions).
  • The full Compose stack continues to demo all four planes — gateway (:8080), Flightdeck admin UI (:8090), MCP proxy (:8070), and the A2A governance plane (:8075) — plus PostgreSQL.
  • Removed stale "once cut" wording from the DOKS recipe so its pinning guidance matches the GKE recipe.
  • Added a 1.4.0 compatibility row to the root README version table.
