Release list
SnapShotKit 0.2.0
Capture a window by clicking it, or follow a region while it scrolls. More to draw with, pictures that can be pasted, cropped and printed, and packages for Debian, Ubuntu and any other GNOME desktop.
New
- Pick a window to capture by clicking it, or follow a region while it is scrolled and join everything that passed through it into one picture.
- Lines, ellipses, highlights, a pen, a spotlight, a magnifying lens, callouts, and stronger ways of hiding: squares and a solid bar alongside the blur.
- Take a colour from the picture with the eyedropper, and nudge the selection with the arrow keys.
- Paste pictures onto the canvas, move and flip them, and crop or cut any one of them without touching the others.
- Open any image, from the File menu or the file manager's Open With, and export as WebP.
- Print from a dialog that shows the page, through CUPS or to a PDF.
- Styles and settings live in a sidebar. The recent strip slides up from the bottom edge and can copy, pin and delete captures.
