What's new

Added full framework dependency-chain diagnostics for RED4ext, Cyber Engine Tweaks, ArchiveXL, TweakXL, Codeware, and redscript.
Reports the first missing, failed, incompatible, or unknown-version link instead of checking every framework in isolation.
Collapses shared root causes and shows evidence confidence in both the Compatibility tab and exported reports.
Added offline dependency rules with optional overrides through framework_dependencies in scanner_config.json.

CET mods with words such as panic in their names are no longer reported as errors when the log says mapping file in vfs, Mod ... loaded!, or ... Initialized..
Explicit [error] messages, real runtime panics, and initialization failures are still detected.
Added 15 regression and dependency-graph tests.

Built with Nuitka 4.1.3 in standalone/onedir mode.
No PyInstaller bootloader, UPX compression, obfuscation, or self-extracting package.
EXE version: 1.4.0.0.
The executable is currently unsigned because no code-signing certificate is configured.
Every packaged file is covered by the included SHA256SUMS.txt and verified before publication.

CP77CrashScanner_v1.4.0.zip is the portable application. Extract the entire folder and run CP77CrashScanner.exe.
