What's Changed

  • Fixed Dwains Dashboard Next not appearing in Home Assistant's Add dashboard dialog when older Dwains Dashboard resources are still loaded.
  • Changed the dashboard strategy ID to dwains-dashboard-next so it no longer conflicts with the old custom:dwains strategy.
  • Prefixed internal custom elements and events to allow Dwains Dashboard Next and older Dwains Dashboard versions to run side by side.
  • Kept safe legacy aliases for early Next test installs when those names are not already used by an older resource.
  • Updated the README logo to use a raw GitHub URL so HACS can render the project image correctly.

For Users

After updating through HACS, reload Home Assistant frontend resources or hard-refresh the browser. The browser console should show Dwains Dashboard Next 1.1.2. If it still only shows old DWAINS_DASHBOARD_JS output, the Next resource has not been loaded yet.
