Performance patch for larger mobile dashboards with many rooms and entities.

Fixed

Reduced mobile lag when opening Home or area pages with many rooms/entities.
Prevented unnecessary full area-data recalculations when only one room/entity changed.
Cleaned up scheduled mobile rendering work when leaving the dashboard component.

Changed

Added progressive mobile rendering so the first view appears faster and the rest loads shortly after.
Added stronger rendering containment for offscreen mobile sections and cards.
Bumped Dwains Dashboard Next to 1.4.4 and rebuilt the bundled dashboard file.
