This is a question that keeps coming up so its worth addressing.
Both for the people who want to "_develop offline" (as if its even possible to develop without StackOverflow...!) and the people who are concerned with "_Vendor Lock-in" we need to find/build a way of running/deploying AWS Lambda functions on other infrastructure...
