Dokku: "We're sorry, but something went wrong"

At present when the App is being updated, we see:

The template is this:

ideally this should be a more friendly message such as:
"A New Version of the App is currently being deployed, please check back in a few minutes. Thanks!"

Dokku is still too difficult to debug.
