Official Phi Packages catalog

Contains 207 independently installable content packages: 14 skills, 19 MCP connectors, 1 visualization plugin, and 173 wrapper families/support packages. Connector logos and manifest sidecars allow metadata-only browsing.

The index is signed with the dedicated Ed25519 publishing identity pinned by Phi. Package archives and sidecars are verified against the signed SHA-256 and size records. The private key remains local and is excluded from all release assets.

Visualization is 1.0.3, migrated connector payloads are 1.0.1, BioMCP remains 1.0.0, and wrapper package payloads are 0.1.1. Core runtimes, application palettes and the restricted Office plugin are outside this public distribution.

BioMCP connector package 1.0.0 for Phi, using upstream BioMCP 0.9.1 over local stdio.

Download biomcp-registry-1.0.0.zip and extract it. In Phi's Skills catalog, use the folder-icon Add button to select the extracted directory and register its local source. Close that dialog, reopen the Connectors catalog, and install BioMCP. This source contains only a connector, so an empty Skills list is expected. Build the existing Phi Python environment if prompted.

The adapter uses Python's standard library and pinned official native wheels. No Phi application source changes, copied core environment files, Docker image or additional library dependencies are required. Native assets are downloaded and checksum-verified on first use and then cached; use the documented cache-preparation option for slow or offline startup.

Supported: macOS Apple Silicon, macOS Intel, Linux x86-64 (glibc 2.28+). The local registry is unsigned/imported. Optional credentialed upstream services still require their own supported credential configuration.

Validation: 23 offline launcher tests, 11 existing content boundary tests, canonical Phi package validation and isolated installation, plus actual MCP initialization/tool discovery through the managed entry (7 tools). Intel macOS/Linux native execution and real biomedical queries were not run.
